 Disassembly and Assembly of Caterpillar Engines (3300, 3400, 3500, C6.4, C9, C15, C18, C32 Engines). Troubleshooting and Repairs of Caterpillar Machines (Dozer, Excavator, Dump truck, Wheel loader, Telehandler, Compactor, Asphalt Paver and other CAT earth moving equipment).  Testing of Engines on Dynamometer (80-2500HP)  Testing of Engines on Load Bank  Troubleshooting and Repairs of Caterpillar Generating Sets (135-2000KVA)  Carry out Preventive Maintenance of CAT Engines/Machines on Field Service  Perform mechanical inspections and interventions activities on instruments. Read and interpret CAT Hydraulic and Electrical Schematics. Installation, troubleshooting and programming of panels such as EMCP, AUTOMASKIN, MURPHY, DEEPSEA, DEIF, EASYGEN, WOODWARD and different types of AVRs, etc. Performing preventive & corrective maintenance and apply Product Improvement/Support Program (PIP/PSP) on all Cat equipment as recommended by OEM. Result oriented troubleshooting on all CAT equipment using Cat diagnosis tools, Clinker box, Transmission Analyzer kit, Engine timing probe, and Electronic Technician (E.T). Prepare good technical reporting, including warranty paperwork and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
