Direct and control variety of divergent functional business activities including production, demand planning, factory services to achieve optimum productivity, profitability and effectiveness of operations and human resources.Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials , labour and equipment to meets targets.Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of obsolete machines/parts to avoid breakdown and downtime.Working knowledge of food safety tools such as lean manufacturing, 5's , six sigma etc.Manage a team of 2 supervisors, 10 line operators and over 200 direct and casual staff.Generate production data and analyse as per daily, weekly and monthly reports, OEE, Yield, TPP, TE & NE, WLF, MUV, LCU etc

Overall planning, managing and direct human and materials resources to meet daily, weekly and yearly targets within set budgets.Monitor the entire production process and liaise with quality quality assurance department on quality programmes.Ensuring implementation and execution of food safety and health programmes such HACCP,GMP,OSHA etc.Establish work flow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product quality and deliver within time frame.Responsible for the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all production activities and then use the data to set the manufacturing internal benchmark for the production department.Draft production schedule to ensure optimum staffing levels and avoidance of machine down time and proper implementation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).Provide motivation to the entire production team and support guidance to them.Review work performance, training of staff and reporting/documentation.

Plan and manage the entire manufacturing lines - Youghurt, flavor drinks, CSD and Table water by deploying human and materials resources to meet set quantity targets, waste reduction, cost effectiveness and avoidance of down time.Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour and equipment to meet targets.Accountable for the compliance to food safety programmes

Production planning and coordination of processes from raw materials through processing to packaging to ensure quality products are produced.Monitoring factory sanitation and hygiene in accordance with SOP's . Ensure FIFO, FEFO, LIFO quality management systems are in place everytime .Compliance with relevant government regulatory bodies such as NAFDAC, SON, Government ministries and agencies as regard sanitation, hygiene, production process, safety, health and environment.Monitoring and training of factory production team on production processes, safety, quality etc.Documentation, reporting and data generation.

Smooth running of production and quality control checks of raw materials, process control and finished products/packaging inspection in accordance with SOP and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for checking raw materials, staff hygiene monitoring, finished product check in the warehouse. Ensuring FEFO and packaging integrity check.
