Responsibilities•Receive, review, process and follow up on Pre-clearance import documentation for an assigned base of clients to ensure all required documents are in line with legal requirements and ensure a timely delivery within or surpass the customer expectation•Process Import documentation – Form M, LC, PAAR with Banks on behalf of clients, and follow up on Suppliers•Provide excellent and timely customer service by informing clients on status of documentation and goods•Daily monitor the progress of documentation and goods, and resolve on time any challenge or escalate accordingly in order to meet or surpass delivery of goods within Client expectation•Report daily activities to the Line Manager.•Contribute to a culture within the team that nurtures and encourages service excellence, quality and a mindset of getting it right the first time•Any other Tasks assigned by Management.
