•Performing preventive/predictive maintenance (P.M.) procedures on all mechanical equipment.•Performing troubleshooting on mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic sys.•Making a visual inspection and monitoring all mechanical equipment during operation.

- Repair and maintain mechanical equipment conform the preventative maintenance program as directed by the Senior Mechanic.- Carry out tasks in a maintenance team as directed by the Senior Mechanic (e.g. tests on equipment's, repairs, fault finding and diagnosis.- Liaise closely with the Senior Mechanic regarding the planning for repair and maintenance of equipment, regarding the rules to follow as well as the operational requirements dictated.- Report to the Senior Mechanic any lack in stock of mechanical parts, tools and consumables on board. - Participate in safety management system as per company standards.- Ensure that the daily activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

- Ensuring maintenance works managed on a planned and scheduled basis for Hauni machines:- Planning spare parts maintenance kits in accordance with OEM.- Scheduling maintenance and monthly sanitation plans (3,000 H, 6000 H, and 9000 H).- Monitoring machine performance before and after maintenance.- Planning insufficient defected machine parts.- Ordering spare parts respecting cost and lead-time.- Coordination of weekly maintenance schedule meetings.- Observing machine parts lifetime incompatible with actual condition.- Identifying required parts and material kits need in maintenance plans.- Monitoring department budget performance.- Projecting short and long time maintenance schedule supported by business cases when needed.

- Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments.- Cataloguing customers concerns and comments.- Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.- Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology.- Explaining repairs to customers.- Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs.- Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs.- Handling customer complaints.
