Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive guidance and training to newly hired QA resources. - Manage the QA team, leading and monitoring team members' performance. - Conducted meetings and maintained direct communication with clients to analyze their requirements and assign tasks to the relevant team members. - Present product demonstrations to clients and deliver the necessary training to meet their specific requirements. - Design, develop, and implement effective test plans and test cases to ensure software product quality. - Review and analyze system/business requirements, identifying and recommending necessary changes. - Responsible for executing test cases and reporting any identified bugs. - Identifying and documenting defects, tracking their resolution, and verifying that they have been corrected. - Maintain proactive communication with project teams and management, providing regular status updates on testing activities and promptly addressing any issues that arise. - Using ZOHO for project management and bug reporting purposes.- Responsible for designing and sending marketing emails using SendGrid.Key Responsibilities (Salesforce):- Creating reports and dashboards according to client requirements. - Configuring and customizing Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and listviews to meet business needs effectively. - Executing various SOQL queries- Providing support and training to clients of newly developed or system functionalities or if needed any time.

Key Responsibilities:- Creating and maintaining test cases, test data, and test reports. - Collaborating effectively with developers and managers, to understand project requirements and provide input on quality aspects. - Communicating test progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.- Conducting functional, regression, and performance testing to verify the functionality and performance of the applications. - Reporting, tracking, and managing defects throughout the sdlc. Collaborating with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects, ensuring proper documentation and closure of issues.- R&D for the implementation of new methodologies - Preparing how-to videos of the system for clients- Client Training
