Duties include server deployment, topology changes, monitoring, client support, DID management, and IP phone and analog device deployment.- Extensive experience in the configuration and troubleshooting of AudioCodes gateways, Oracle (Acme Packet) SBCs, and Polycom IP phones.- Implementation lead for ExxonMobil (Imperial Oil) Lync rollout to over 2,000 users in the Calgary area.
