At Yard At A Time Concrete, (YAAT) I coordinated daily orders (~150-300 cubic meters) of ready mix concrete for commercial, municipal, and residential customers. As the primary Manufacturing Engineer for the Boeing 737 Wheel Well Fairings and Bombardier CL604 Horizontal Stabilizers, I was in charge of ensuring continuous production and troubleshooting production floor snags on the fly. I also provided secondary project support for the Lockheed Martin F-35 Outboard Wing build.I developed, maintained, and approved manufacturing plans including BOMs/FAIs/ECNs, produced detailed assembly instructions, created training packages, and dispositioned non-conformances (NCRs) through root cause and corrective action (RCAA) methodologies.

At the Employee Records and Benefits office, I provided daily support for thousands of employees under PHSA (Provincial Health Services Authority), VCH (Vancouver Coastal Health), and PHC (Providence Health Care) health authorities.My duties included assembling onboarding packages for new hires, health benefits enrollments/changes, and updating financial information. Additionally, I provided timely assistance with criminal record checks, verification of employment requests, as well as address changes.

BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS):I provided project transition support for emergency health and paramedic services BC.BC Children's and Women's (BCW) - Health Information Services:I dealt with patient records in regards to confidential document disposal, allocating inpatient/outpatient records, as well as verifying contents for legal counsel document discovery.Teck Acute Care Center (TACC) Redevelopment Project:I conducted quality assurance auditing regarding clinical sterilizations and distribution of new hospital inventory. I also provided transitional support to the hospital staff to help guide through the change.

For my capstone co-op with GHT, the project scope was to design a predictive maintenance system for industrial radiators that could be scaled for use in varying extremes of both temperatures and environments; from hot and dry desert fracking operations in the Middle East, to the wet and humid drilling conditions of South America.I gained experience in designing for assembly and manufacture processes (DFM/A), writing engineering scopes of work and technical reports, the iterative design process, as well as the specifics of releasing a product to market including the patenting/trademarking processes.
