- Initiated the launch of Noon's innovative hybrid classroom model in Karachi. Successfully conducted over 20 hybrid sessions, broadcasting to more than 500 students across multiple cities, seamlessly integrating in-person and online learning experiences- Collaborated with teachers who have over 1,000 students to deliver hybrid classes tailored for the upcoming exam session. This strategic partnership ensured a high-quality learning experience and broadened the reach of our educational services- Played a pivotal role in creating a comprehensive playbook of hybrid education best practices. This resource is now being used by the country team to standardize and optimize physical sessions across Pakistan, ensuring consistent and effective implementation of our hybrid learning model

- Onboarded 10% of Karachi’s education institutes onto the Noon app, successfully generating $2M incremental ARR, making Karachi the biggest and most profitable territory in the country- Introduced and implemented a hybrid education model, known as "offline to online," to the top 15 educators in Karachi. Each of these educators generates an average of $10K in monthly revenue. This initiative led to an additional 10,000 student sign-ups on the app, significantly expanding our user base and engagement- Partnered with multiple education-based associations in Pakistan to foster a robust network of public and private schools and colleges, promoting and facilitating the transition towards digital education

- Spearheaded “NOBLE” initiative in the rural areas of Pakistan, working with 30 mentors to identify 10,000 underprivileged students for a scholarship to fund their school tuition fees- Partnered with several private, non-profit, and government education based organziations for the launch of NOBLE program across Pakistan such as Sindh Education Foundation, Moawin Foundation, Educators group and Progressive Education Network

The TCF Alumni Development Program (ADP) is a voluntary initiative that aims at guiding TCF high school students to higher education opportunities.Increased the reach of the program by 50% for the TCF Alumni. More than 20 students got into top universities of Pakistan.

Produced a report on post-Covid'19 Tourism in Pakistan. Identified brownfield and greenfield investment opportunities in Pakistan in the tourism sector.Delivered a complete industry analysis on the Telecommunication and Automobile industry of Pakistan which also included recommendations and issues faced by these industries because of the COVID'19.

Mobilized the SDGs with the help of the government of Sindh and local NGOs working towards improving the education sector of Pakistan. Prepared a document that serves as a reference compendium of legislations, policies, and plans in Sindh. Provided a summary of Multi-Hazard Vulnerability and risk assessment Atlas of 24 districts in Sindh. Produced a concept note on possibilities of urban Forest in Karachi and helped in organizing a session on Urban Planning Forum by World Bank, UNDP, and Government of Sindh
