Roles & Responsibilities• Responsible for Regional & local Benefits consulting project delivery • Driving innovative first to market initiatives – specifically developing out the attached integrated health and wellness solutions, including demonstrating ROI • Account management responsibilities for key regional & global GBM/RBM accounts, and supporting on larger strategic accounts• Responsibility for the provision of consulting solutions for a designated country under a Fly in Fly out model• Provision of Health & Flexible benefits solutions for key markets (identifying opportunities, training/development of team and delivery of solutions)• Co-leading the Retirement and Financial wellness solutions in Singapore and regional markets

• Responsible for signing off all the statutory actuarial retirement valuations for the Thailand consulting office under various accounting standards i.e US GAAP, IFRS and TAS. • Playing a role of the Lead Project manager for liaison with Mercer’s valuation back office and ensure appropriate quality controls.• Assisting multinational clients with a primary focus on managing global consolidation work and increasing revenue through inbound business. • Involvement in DB/DC plan design projects and assisting clients in subsequent implementation.

• Leading a team of 15+ actuarial associates responsible for delivery of US retirement funding and accounting valuations.• Successfully leading the transition of Philippines and Taiwan valuation work from consulting offices.• Acting as a senior reviewer for Thailand and Japanese retirement valuations.• Playing an active role in trainings and enhancing the technical skill set of the team.• Responsible for maintaining and ensuring adherence to appropriate quality control procedures.

• Acting as a lead consultant for major client accounts for Towers Watson benefits practice in terms of statutory reporting requirements, actuarial valuations for employee benefit schemes and wider benefits consulting under Indian GAAP, IFRS and USGAAP.• Performed pension redesign and costing exercise for a multinational companies along with assessment of long term viability of the schemes • Played a major role in performing Health and Personal Accident insurance vendor selection exercise and implementing support for clients • Responsible for setting up of the investment monitoring practice in Towers Watson. • Played a major role in setting up of a Governance and Trustee advisory framework for retirement benefits for a multinational bank • Active participation in business development activities and preparation of proposals for client pitch.• Leading the actuarial support centre team of 10+ actuarial associates responsible for delivery of around 3000+ Indian retirement valuations per year under Indian GAAP, IFRS and US Accounting standards.• Conducting and reviewing experience analysis studies and future projections for benefits drivers.• Successfully commencing the support centre's engagement to new geographies like Korea and China and maintaining tactical relationships.
