Promoted from GET to L5 senior manager. Developed the error proofing systems and designed processes for manufacturing the Tata Nexon at Tata Motors's flagship plant.

Was part of the core team that helped set up their flagship manufacturing facility purchased by Tata Motors from Ford in Sanand, Gujrat.During my time as a GET, I was leading the following 2 projects:1. Implementation of systems to ensure 100% error proofing, traceability and complexity from the ground up.2. Defects per unit reduction of door and IP lines to 0.

I was the lead structural engineer at Peryton Technologies which means I got to design and fabricate the frame and the associated accessories like the landing and propeller guards.

I worked on the the planning, initiating and execution for building the chassis for the mBAJA division at Team Manipal Racing.

My role was to read and go through the engineering drawings for various parts of a certain vehicle and verify that the work-instruction sheet (WIS) used in the production line matched with the corresponding drawings. Finally, I had to verify both the drawings and WIS at the production line itself.Through this position, I had a deeper understanding of many of the components of the automobile and moreover, how they were being produced as well as the checks that have to be made at the production line for them.

I was required to use Ansys workbench to model the airflow over a given CAD model of an aircraft wing and determine the following parameters: coefficient of drag, coefficient of lift, drag force and lift force. 60 tests were run with varying parameters.
