• Taking care of sales of spare parts in South Gujarat region & closing deals with customers from order till payment receivableCo-ordinate with internal teams like stores/accounts/ sales/services/logistics for timely procurements of materials• Handling materials management of all incoming & outgoing materials through SAP MM Module• Sending Quotation & Proforma Invoice for spares processing of orders & invoicing through SAP SD Module• MIS: Preparing sales reports. offer v/s conversation ratio. preparing outstanding reports and controlling the outstanding below 90 days.• Order processing, material follow up and checking commercial terms of order and their execution• Regular communication with customers. HO & as well as other branches to improve operations and cost reduction
