I was a part of Infosys as a Senior System Engineer for a logistics domain client. My responsibility as a part of the team includes to extract, transform, and load the data according to our client's requirements. Knowledge and Hands-on experience of ETL tools IBM Datastage, Informatica Powercenter and Reporting tools Cognos Framework and Reporting, Tableau Desktop. Worked on IBM Datastage to create jobs to extract the data from source. Used different stages of the tool to transform the data according to the client's requirements. Understood the functionalities of the tool for better performance like creating parameters, error and exception handling. Recently worked on an integration track which required the extraction of data from an XML file. Segregated the data on the basis of the incoming information. Used different transformation on the data to load the correct data according to the requirements. Currently working on Teradata to create different layers for business to access the data at single place for domestic as well as international countries. Developed complex SQL queries using different techniques to minimise the performance issues. Developed bteq scripts and corresponding shell scripts to run the SQL queries in batches.

Created a web portal for education industry. A portal where students can apply for classes from 8th-12th. Automated email reply were generated when someone successfully applies on the website.
