• Responsible for machine loading, manpower handling, prepare production reports with details about the components produced on each machine.• Planning day to day production to achieve daily production target.• Supervision of production processes in accordance with safety, health and environmental regulations.• Promote team work & good morale among the members.• Maintain discipline & 5S on the shop floor.• Impart training to operators and manage the skill chart of each operator.• Ensure establishment of new machines and Maintain material requirements and follow up with respective departments.
