Digital Storefront Product Manager leading the pre-purchase customer journeys for Zivame, India's number one intimate wear brand.I am majorly involved in solving real time customer problems to provide a seamless user experience on our digital platforms. A few charters I have worked upon are Activation/Engagement/Funnel optimisation and conversion/Retention - Customer Onboarding, Product Discovery, Category segmentations, Personalised recommendations, Reducing Cart abandonments, Seamless checkout experience, Feedback and NPS etc.

1. Created a Product Control Match tool which generates similar hierarchical matches for a certain product category and aids in efficient management of product trials that land across the Estate (increased delivery efficiency by 20%)2. Developed and expanded a model to General Merchandising and Clothing categories other than just Food categories, that helps understand category behavior and enhances business strategic decisions driving market share and profits - The Model encompasses 40+ variables from a mixture of customer shopping behavior and surveys to understand their intentions, uses factor analysis to assign weights to variables which helps define the category purpose accordingly

Worked as a Business Analyst in Tesco Bengaluru in the Store Insights team. - Handling OneStop (Tesco owned leading organization in the UK Convenience Store market) analytics single handedly in the Bengaluru Office- Primary focus is on driving sales growth and margins, strategy promotions and optimization, ranging of products in stores, competitor strategies and pricing etc.

Tesco is a British multinational groceries and general merchandise retailer. In Tesco Bengaluru, I was an intern in the 'Channel Insights' team and worked on projects driving customer insights, developed Tableau dashboards to enhance pricing strategies aiding in dynamic pricing and optimizing the home delivery process.

Layout Benchmarking, Reverse Engineering and improving the overall ergonomics of a vehicle.Working in the 'Layout and planning department' in Engineering R&D in Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (MSIL) as an intern. Reverse engineering is the process of extracting knowledge or design information from anything man-made object and reproducing it or reproducing anything based on the extracted information.Vehicle Ergonomics research deals with the physical interaction of motor-vehicle occupants with the vehicle interior during normal operating conditions. It basically deals with the driver and passenger's comfort while the vehicle is in motion or at rest.

In this program, I was basically involved in performing stock analysis for a company i.e. Facebook.For this, I had to use various techniques, some of which include Ratio analysis, Valuation techniques and other fundamentals. On the basis of all these analysis and calculations, we had to recommend/comment on whether to 'Buy or Sell' the stock.

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) is the technology of indoor and vehicular environmental comfort. Its goal is to provide thermal comfort and acceptable indoor air quality.I was instrumental in handling the HVAC machine to provide high indoor air quality which involves temperature control, oxygen replenishment, removal of moisture, odours, smoke, heat etc.

Pentair's primary focus is water and fluid controls used in the energy, food & beverage and manufacturing industries as well as infrastructure.I was working with the Materials department at Pentair. My project included MMF (Making Materials Flow) Implementation in Stores, PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Data Generation and Storage Rack Designing. I played a crucial role in designing and resizing of storage racks so as to improve the overall efficiency of the operators to find specific materials in the warehouse.The racks were designed so as to accomodate all the raw materials required for 'Codeline' manufacturing. Codeline pressure vessels are used for reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration processes. They are built to maximize the performance of water treatment and purification systems.
