- Preparing estimates of probable costs of materials, labour and equipment for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations,schematic drawings and specifications.- Preparing cost and expenditure statements and forecasts at regular intervals for the duration of a project.- Manage and coordinate construction projects and prepare construction progress schedules.- Establish and maintain tendering processes and set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.

- To check the shortage of material and to make out for the same.- Measurement and valuation.- Evaluating the present and future travel flow patterns considering the growth in population and future alteration.

- To resolve the technical issues with employer's representative.- Sort out the area of side by using process of levelling.- Maintaining quality standards and ensuring the proper working of plans implanted by Project Manager.
