Solid knowledge of IT Service Management framework, practices, and processes with 10+ yrs experience with Incident and Problem Management specifically and Excellent report and status writing skills; including creation of service reports and templates, procedures and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Dedicated to produce and maintain project plans and related project control documents with project status reporting and ensure key reporting milestones are met.
