BuiltVisor is a micro enterprise, startup for Tech in Construction•Formulating business ideas and implementation strategies •Leading the product development effort from the requirements point of view in "Tech for Construction" SaaS software development •Looking for potential partners, advisors and long term associates to support business strategies •Working on business strategies to formulate successful methods for revenue generation•Team building & managing operational challenges and set up process to ease admin effort

:: Business Development ::-Analysing statistics and come up with a strategy to map potential market-Revenue forecast for all BUs-Collaborating with BU heads to set quarterly targets and yearly financial goals-Client connect and directing communication to operations team in relation to task/contract-Taking ownership of generating all proposals and contract type with help of operations team and following up with client-Ensuring smooth delivery and customer feedback:: Virtual reality for Construction ::-Developing VR ready content for construction project pursuits (proposals) for the client organisation-Strategising for development on Unreal/Unity platform-Coordinating with team members for content creation, generating technical requirements and liaising with the client:: Reality capture - Laser scan modelling ::-Project setup / troubleshooting for modelling in Autodesk Revit-Ensuring project delivery within available time-frame-Model QC using Autodesk Navisworks-Creating project report summary to track & analyse the time & cost as well as learning from project-Communicating with client regarding project requirement & providing updates on progress-R&D to leverage the reality capture in improving on-site construction procedures:: Analytics Task Force ::-Analysis of data for purpose of optimising the decision making process on management level for client organisation:: Advanced technology solutions for construction ::-Implementing Mixed Reality for construction site using Hololens-Developing Unity app-Leveraging point cloud data via mixed reality ie projecting point cloud heat map on slab surface using Microsoft Hololens

As an owner side Site Inspection Engineer role at IRL -- Keeping a check on daily activity of contractor- Supervising piling procedure- Checking reinforcement, shuttering, form work etc. prior casting, and post concrete inspection- Shuttering calculations, checking and preparing BBS- Ensure safety, efficiency and quality- Microsoft Project

His exposure to Public dealing and Communication design got him into Public Relations
