Also, enabling communication between key stakeholders . • Other responsibilities include – Optimal resource utilization , maintain project dashboards, Bug tracking and monitoring QC , supporting with pre-sales activities , to communicate project status, progress on deliverables and risks/issues to stakeholders in a timely manner, manage efficiently the change control process. • Proficient in using Agile/SCRUM and waterfall methodology.
