CurrentThe company is involved in commercial underwater diving that provides all kinds of marine services like Marine salvage & wreck removal, Offshore diving services, Marine construction (onshore), Dredging & De-silting and Diving services on Hydro power plants & dams.Task assigned:1. Attending meetings with clients2. Submitting tenders3. Visiting off-shore worksites to assist the Project manager as a Scuba Diver4. Perform general administration work I have learned a lot of core values during this time from all the employees working at Sealord. I got to know the importance of money, time and hard work. I even learned how to manage a diverse workforce and that empathy plays a major role in the same.
