CurrentProject : - NCC- Rideau Canal Lighting Rehabilitation Project : - Ottawa LRT Stage 2- Planning, organising, directing, controlling, and assessing construction projects from start to completion in accordance with schedule, specs, and budget.• Assisting the project team with coordination and project support.• Collaborating and keeping the lines of communication open when working with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients.• Effectively reviewing, interpreting and updating the construction schedules.• Utilizing passion for organization through maintenance, review, and follow-up of shop drawings, RFI’s, material purchase orders, change notice quotes and project completion documents.• Drafting contracts and negotiating extras, changes, and revisions with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
