Key Accountabilities as Consultant:• Training and Coaching Sr. Management, Mid levels Managers, Supervisors and front line workers on Six Sigma and Lean methodologies• Identification of core Business KPIs, Focused Improvement projects and Project Teams to drive Continuous Improvement (CI) in organization; and Initiate CI culture building activities across different functions in organization• Leading, Managing, Motivating and Facilitating core Project teams on Lean and Six Sigma tools; and Hand holding them for deployment of these tools on Projects• Stakeholder Management throughout Project implementation period with appropriate escalations and Management information system; and Facilitating Steering committee reviews for Sr. Management and Champions for accurate decision making, ensuring timely and optimum project outcome• Planning projects adequately to help manage and mitigate risks and issues • Performing core Methodology steps like Project Charter creation, Business Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Future State process design, Plant/Layout design, Solution Implementation or Pilot Solutions runs and Sustenance plan, along with project execution team• Monitor overall project, with clear bias for actions and achieve desired results for Process Improvement / KPI improvement / Profitability improvement projects• Work with Sales/Business development team to generate new client engagement projects
