The role involves managing cost variances , capacity analytics and preparing presentation for senior management of all admin cost parameters , providing inputs on future cost allocation , expenditure management etc.

Responsible for tracking and maintaining Forecast (in comparison with the budget) & variance analysis.Responsible for robust internal controls, check points & best practices to strengthen compliance and ensure continuous process improvement in invoicing, receivables & project controlling.Responsible for providing support to BU Finance Controller, Collaborate & work with the Controller to establish and achieve business goals.Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review, cost controlling and monitoring mechanism.Prepare graphical trend Analysis to portray the accurate picture of financials and its profitability trends.Prepare Actual Revenue, Contribution Margin based on FTE's details monthly.Analyze Leakage Reports to ascertain reasons for leakage to convert into billing opportunities based on the Utilisation report of resources.Preparation of Dashboards & Decks, MIS reports like URVE, OTACE, Time Dump Analysis, Resource Utilisation etc.Calculation of Actual FTE's and compare with Forecast and variance.Working with financial data and financial reporting tool Business Objects for all the reportings
