As a co-founder, I wear multiple hats. For me, a typical day at work is packed with business strategy discussions, pitching ideas, looking out for talent to hire, researching industry trends, and building and refining Xane AI's core technology.As the CTO, I am responsible for defining the vision for technology and products (and of course, leading the product development.) With a strong focus on scaling the team and setting a good culture, I believe in helping everyone with their personal and professional development. I focus my time and attention on system design and architecture, while also getting my hands dirty with code for evaluating new tools and technologies. I also fuss a lot about the feasibility of features and the general usability of products!

Xane AI is building promising products that are solving some interesting problems. I plan and execute development processes, while also taking major architectural and technology decisions for the product. I try to keep track of the latest industry insights - overall awareness about the industrial context has helped Xane build great solutions and win many accolades on the way.
