Responsible for end-to-end bid management cycle which includes understanding customer requirements, assess customer’s expectation, getting clarifications, unexpected needs,define pricing and estimation, risk identification & mitigation, by using all available tools & processes, including building connectivity checks, Colt corporate tools, Off-net supplier tools, price books, price lists and discount rules.Key Responsibilities:• Dealing with wide range of Colt Ethernet and IP products, with expertise in Siebel, focusing on checking connectivity for each customer site and providing accurate quotations back to customer within agreed timeline.• Maintaining healthy coordination with customers, internal teams and various service providers for the delivery of new, upgrade & Renewal services.• Effective time management to ensure link delivery to customer within TAT.• Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, Fiber mapping, Deal pricing team and CRM’s to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.• Communicate with customer regularly to keep them updated where dependency or follow-up.• Build work instructions per customer account and produce a monthly report on the account.• Use all available tools & processes, including building connectivity checks, Colt corporate tools, Offnet supplier tools, price books, price lists and discount rules.
