Worked with the Warranty Group in the global automotive powertrain supplier, Magna Powertrain. The Warranty Group and its process are part of the overall Systems Engineering Life Cycle and my primary achievement was performing root cause analysis on failed electrical and mechanical parts as well as optimizing the team’s data collection and data mining systems.• Completed electrical failure root cause analysis for motors, transfer cases, range position sensors and switches• Created an Access database to streamline the process and tracking of warranty claims

• Developed a Fair Return Rate Petition using a GUI, and C#. • Created the full SQL database and queries to store data entered into the petition’s GUI, as well as retrieve certain data on the user’s command.

• Worked in the DOC Green Store which collects new unused office supplies and donates them throughout the department to facilitate interdepartmental savings.• Since its opening on April 25th, 2013 the DOC Green Store has saved the department more than $50,000. • Created new integrated inventory spreadsheet, using excel, to track savings. Also assisted with website maintenance.
