Represent the South-East Asia region in Young Experts: Tech 4 Health (YET4H), a global platform for young people to shape and guide the agenda for achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC) by 2030 through data and digital technologies. YET4H works to advance the global health agenda through designing global, participatory initiatives and campaigns to highlight the intersections of youth, digital technology and global health by enabling networks of young people globally, drawing attention to best practices, and generating opportunities for engagement.

Supported grantmaking learning and strategy development forthe David & Lucile Packard Foundation's portfolio of the funding around Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in India and South Asia. Support grantmaking, partner engagement, external relationship building and representation particularly around issues of Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (ASRHR), Comprehensive Abortion Care (CAC), Youth Engagement and Leadership, and Equity and Inclusion.

The SAC is the main technical committee for the development of strategic advocacy plans and activities for PMNCH, and its responsibilities include- Developing advocacy goals and strategies for high-level political engagement; community mobilization; constituency engagement; and media mobilization, including for the goals of effective financing and equitable delivery of essential sexual, reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health (SRMNCAH) interventions;- Leading on the development of advocacy models, practices and tools that enable PMNCH constituencies and partners to harness the power of partnership.- Overseeing the work of PMNCH Knowledge and Evidence Working Group and the PMNCH Accountability Working Group. - The SAC is guided by the work of the Partner Engagement in Countries Committee (PECC) in identifying national and sub-national opportunities and will contribute to the PECC by proposing advocacy strategies and tactics that advance measurable change and accountable leadership at the country level.

Conducted research with a focus on the role of technology and digital innovations in facilitating and furthering and rights based agenda for development, with a specific focus on sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Program Management & Strategy- Led a project on design and development of a 360 approach to enhancing the reach and effectiveness of the National Adolescent Health Mission’s program and services in Madhya Pradesh, India. The project involved ethnographic research with adolescents and landscape analyses of socio-ecological contexts, to inform design of solutions across various channels of delivery (physical and communication resources, service enhancements, technology platforms) to improve awareness and access to comprehensive youth-friendly health services for adolescents and young people.- Led a project to design intervention solutions for post-Medical Abortion contraceptive uptake amongst low parity couples in Uttar Pradesh, India. The project conducted extensive field research, stakeholder assessment, user journey maps, analysis of channels of information and influence – to develop a suite of intervention solutions to be pilot tested in the state.Technology for Development- Managed a multi-partner consortium project, funded by the David & Lucile Packard Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, with the aim to develop knowledge resources and actionable frameworks/guidelines to inform the conceptualisation, design, implementation and evaluations of digital media and technology based interventions for adolescent and youth development, and public health.- The resulting framework (Platform Journey Framework) is a guide on the use of technology platforms and digital media to reach young people, give them platforms and skills to represent their causes, and capture impact and evidence. The framework recognises offerings and concerns in the current context of new and emerging technologies, such as rich media (AR/VR), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data analytics, in affecting social and behavioural change.

Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH) Programming- Provided strategic and conceptual guidance to It’s My Body (IMB), a large adolescent sexual and reproductive health and rights (ASRHR) program across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand in India.- Developed knowledge resources, training tools and curricula around ASRHR for capacity building of trainers and program implementation. Feminist Leadership- Led the conceptualisation and implementation of a multi-state mobile based campaign around Gender Based Violence (GBV) and Feminist Leadership in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.Sexuality, Gender and Rights Institute- Coordinated CREA’s Sexuality, Gender and Rights Institutes (SGRI), Global and South Asia. The SGRI is a discourse deepening institute on intersectional issues of gender, sexuality, health and human rights, and their interface with socio- cultural, legal and policy issues. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)- Led design and implementation of various Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) frameworks, including development of tools and methodologies, training and monitoring of data collection, digital data analysis and synthesis across programs, institutes, and organisational advocacy initiatives.Global Networks and Advocacy- Contributed to development of the organisational global advocacy strategy and roadmap on issues of Adolescence Development and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in India.- Conceptualised and hosted a satellite session, ‘Suspend Judgment: Understanding Adolescent Sexuality’, at the 11th World Congress on Adolescent Health in New Delhi, India.Gender and Adolescence: Global Evidence (GAGE) Learning Exchange- Served as the Asia Regional Coordinator for the GAGE Learning Exchange, led by the Overseas Development Institute (ODI), London, a global convening platform that brought together the members of the Gender and Adolescence: Global Evidence (GAGE) research consortium.

Programs and Strategy - Provided technical assistance to the Gender and Adolescence: Global Evidence (GAGE) consortium, a 9-year longitudinal research consortium led by the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) in 6 countries, in the development of the Research Uptake strategy for South Asia, and the UN Engagement Strategy at the global level.- Conducted country-level expert interviews and landscape analysis, as well as supported and co-facilitated intervention design workshops for South Asia region, in Nepal and Bangladesh, to develop the program models to be evaluated through the research.Promoting Adolescent Engagement Knowledge and Health (PAnKH)- Supported the Promoting Adolescent Engagement Knowledge and Health (PAnKH) program on adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH) in Rajasthan, India. - Contributed to the development of the training curriculum and resources, as well as conducted capacity building workshops of field level trainers.- Supported the program component of engaging men and boys, and development of a curriculum package catered specifically to community stakeholders. Global Advocacy Strategy- Served on ICRW’s Global Advocacy team and contributed to the development of the Global Advocacy Strategy for the organisation, identifying key priority areas, and linking global concerns with India and Asia specific issues. - Supported the Regional Director (Asia) in key advocacy engagements at national and global levels, through support on conceptualization, development and writing of technical communication, thought pieces, articles, and presentations on various thematic areas and issues – Unmet Need of Family Planning, Engaging Men and Boys in Gender Transformative Initiatives, Negative Masculinity, etc.
