Current• Was assigned as deputy system champion for Production planning/ Advanced planning & optimization module during the implementation of SAP in Ducab.• Measure, analyze, improve and control the processes by defining procedures and conducting process trials/improvement projects, approved by management, in order to achieve continual improvement in productivity, product (Power Cables) quality and process capability thereby resulting in financial benefits.• To study and solve process… Show more • Was assigned as deputy system champion for Production planning/ Advanced planning & optimization module during the implementation of SAP in Ducab.• Measure, analyze, improve and control the processes by defining procedures and conducting process trials/improvement projects, approved by management, in order to achieve continual improvement in productivity, product (Power Cables) quality and process capability thereby resulting in financial benefits.• To study and solve process, material, plant and product related problems on a day-to- day basis.• To improve work methods, systems and devices for efficiency and material utilization.• To study the conditions of process tooling and report to Tool Maintenance supervisor and Production Manager.• To conduct trials with new materials and tools in co-ordination with technical, tool and die rooms departments.• Assist in the preparation of operating procedures and manual for all machines, in accordance with ISO standards.• To assist in the specification of new plant and equipment, including the refurbishing and upgrading of existing machinery on an ongoing basis.• To implement the inspection, installation and commissioning of any new or additional plant, including the liaison with external suppliers, consultants, engineers and contractors involved in each project.• Audit of suppliers of part finished material/product/components Show less
