(Microsoft tabanlı sistemler System Center Operations Manager ürünü tarafından monitor edilmektedir.)•Backup'ların sağlıklı ve düzenli periyodlarla alınmasının sağlanması.•IT altyapısında gerçekleştirilecek yeni projelerde mimari tasarımları yapmak ve mimariye karar vermek.•Symantec'in ürünlerinin yönetimi: Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec Brightmail, Symantec Enterprise Vault.•Bilgi güvenliği ekibi ile koordineli çalışarak IT altyapısında iyileştirmeler yapmak.•Fiziksel sunucuların uçtan uca yönetimi: HP DL 380, IBM X3650 Servers.•İştirakli şirketlere L2 ve L3 seviyesinde danışmanlık ve destek verilmesi. Ayrıca mevcut IT altyapılarının iyileştirilmesi ve sorunlarının giderilmesi.•Bankacılık uygulamalarının L2 seviyesinde yönetimi ve L3 seviyesindeki sorunların tedarikçilere iletilmesi.
