Led the R&D team in developing the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for the Textile Dyeing and Finishing industry. Built the roadmap and architecture of the system based on customer research and feedback, MES, ERP, and manufacturing literature, ISA 88 and ISA 95 standards, dyeing and finishing domain concepts, requirements, and constraints. Prepared and secured an R&D grant in the amount of over $1M from TEYDEB. Gave speeches at universities and international conferences on MES concepts and Eliar’s solutions to existing industry problems. Created an R&D ecosystem with contributors from the industry, academia, and technology providers.
