- Deliver on technical aspects of Salesforce software implementation and customization projects, including development, configuration, testing and deployment- Implement and configure Salesforce to address business needs and processes- Participate in integrations & complex projects by assisting, mentoring and learning from senior resources as needed- Execute data migration and provide post go-live stabilization support- Communicate senior resources, project management regarding your tasks status and issue resolution throughout projects, as well as to provide and log time management per project in our time tracking tools.- Create documentation for ongoing client reference

Provide technical advice to internal and external clients during the pre-sales cycle for Dell EMC and VMware products. Serve as intermediary between Cecomsa and Partners to meet requirements for infrastructure projects.

- Manage key project activities on-time and within budget through effective project governance; clear written, verbal and aural.- Collaborate with team members throughout entire engagement lifecycle spanning solution design, build, testing, deployment and post go-live support.- Documentation of all system processes and training guides as needed.- Customization of client Orgs (standard/custom objects, fields, page layouts and record types.)
