Key Projects and Accomplishments: Designed, developed and implemented a multi-pronged state-wide research, policy and public awareness initiative for improving the oral health of older adults in California and nationally. Designed and implemented a state-of-the-art data system for a Countywide school-based oral health program in collaboration with a large international policy research institute. Completed a mixed-methods, utilization-focused, formative outcome evaluation of the program.  Led comprehensive oral health needs assessments and, developed and published stakeholder-informed oral health strategic plans for three California Counties (San Bernardino, Orange and Alameda) through systematic analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data. Led the development of 5-year process and outcome evaluation plans, and work plans for all three Counties within a span of 18 months. Recognized for strong and culturally competent facilitation and interpersonal skills by peers, clients and colleagues which resulted in diverse community voices and concerns being addressed by the strategic plan.  Commended for strong communication skills by peers, client and colleagues which was demonstrated in the strategic plan document (technical and analytical writing), and community presentations (plain language communication and health literacy skills)
