CurrentResponsible for Contract, contact to hire, fulltime placements of IT professionals for clients across India.• Requirements shared from the BD Manager and Recruitment Leads, analyzing the requirement with them to assess the exact requirement with respect to technology, deadline, and number of resources required, and experience of the expected resource, etc.• Prioritizing the requirements to ensure timely delivery of the manpower requirement. Posting the requirement in various job portals and networking sites. • Sourcing for the profiles using Boolean search string from online job portals like Naukri, Monster and Timesjobs.• Screening of resumes received through various sources like job portals, networking, referencing, and internal database etc.• Short listing and scrutinizing the resumes. • Identify prospective candidates according to skill required.• Conduct initial short listing of the candidate by evaluating through telephonic interview for skills, communication, stability, confidence, suitability to the project and fitment to the company.• Very good negotiation skills on Rate and Notice period.• Conduct the Initial HR interview to collect details like technology, employment details, educational details, project details, CTC, ECTC & notice period etc.• Schedule & co-ordinate technical telephonic interview, in-person interviews with client or client coordinators in evaluating the candidates technically.
