I am currently pursuing a degree at The Ohio State University, where I am learning and exploring various topics and fields related to computer science, Information and computation assurance, mathematics, and engineering. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to solve real-world problems and create positive impacts. I am also fluent in English, Somali, and Swahili, and enjoy learning new languages and cultures.As a Incident response analyst at STAR LAND EXPRESS, I actively monitor IT systems to detect security threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring data protection within the transportation sector. I also identify and document security vulnerabilities, reporting in compliance with FMCSA regulations.In addition to my current role, I have over two years of experience as an Arabic teacher at MASJID Attaqwa community center, where I taught the Arabic language and the basic fundamentals to students of different ages and backgrounds. I used various teaching methods and materials to engage and motivate the learners, and assessed their progress and proficiency. I also contributed to the development and revision of the curriculum and the lesson plans.
