I am responsible for the Women's Outerwear and Active Sport Category at the stores and E-Commerce in Eastern European countries.In addition to the following;• Strategic planning of the most important KPIs revenue, returns, markdowns, costs, and profit for short-term targets & long-term budget• Conducting historical analysis to better understand the business, as well as manage assortment planning through flow plans and product quantifications to maximize sales for each country. • Making logical and commercial price on the products within target margin,• Analyze sales/stock to determine best sellers, worse sellers, stock levels, covers, stock and sale margins,• Visiting to responsible countries regularly to understand market, customer profile and competitor analyzes,• Managing E-Commerce stocks on women outerwear and active sport.
