Working alongside Emma O'Brien, I support the Embridge team with day-to-day enquiries and marketing/sales support. With a close relationship with both clients and the team, I help keep communications at the forefront of the business and actively develop the Embridge brand.I love working in the fast-paced environment and no day is the same which is what I love best! The business is growing rapidly so my role is to actively maintain our existing clients and work with the team to attract new ones.

With over 1,100 students, I supported the Deputy Head Teacher and Assistant Head Teacher with various duties. Duties such as maintaining critical databases, recording student information, liaising with Local Authorities as well as the day-to-day running of a very busy office. I also dealt with incoming enquiries from a wide range of people, including several external agencies, CAHMS, Social Workers and Metropolitan Police ensuring confidentiality was maintained at every level.

I worked in a variety of clerical roles whilst at First National Bank of Chicago progressing to Supervisor of Issuing and Paying Agency in September 1996. Managing 6 members of staff, my role included:• Custody & settlement of CD’s, ECP’s & gilts settling physically and via the CMO & CGO• Cash management and daily funding of client accounts• Customer & counter-party exposure monitoring and control• Issuing & Paying Agency services• Processing and settlement of transactions through Euroclear and local markets• Management of controls including depot reconciliations, cash reconciliations, fails and interest claims• Day to day management of the department & workload including staff development and appraisals.As part of my role, I also liaised with customers and other outside financial agencies regarding issuance of company debt securities, ensuring accurate publication of terms and responsible for multi-million/billion dollar payments from investors to the company issuing the debt.
