We need to adapt not only our business and operations, but also our approach to people and the new landscape of lifelong development and change throughout the career journey. I believe there needs to be a parallel focus on meeting immediate business outcomes and preparing banking for these new challenges, and much of my work combines these two, often competing, priorities.
