• Managing current vendors, empaneling new vendors, handling the commercial related to vendor empanelment and billing.• Preparing priority fund allocation and managing vendors, Quotation evolution for new procurement and vendor negotiation.• Processing purchase orders and Work Orders and circulate to suppliers. Monitor and process all invoices.• Invoice validation and communication with vendors to submit invoices and ensuring timely payment processing of suppliers in coordination with Finance as per agreed payment terms.• Invoice tracking and submitting to Finance Team on time.• Advance payment releasing to vendors before events and tracking and maintaining invoice receipt.• Preparation of weekly reports and ad hoc reports shared with stakeholders.• Handling budget, MIS and Profit and loss on events.• Processing Purchase requisition and purchase order & Work orders in SAP MM module.• Invoice validation and Pickup arrangement and communication with Transporter and vendors.• Creating Service entry and process for payment. Follow up with warehouse team for GRN• Interacting with Subcontractor for Vendor registration, through our supplier portal SCM and helping vendors for• ASN creating in supplirfist portal, Matetialcode creation in MMCS.• Track shipment record of materials and stock check.• Support R4G & RJ3 Engineering by arranging all IT software (Procurement & Support) & Resources as per business requirement & priority.• Coordination with vendor for timely delivery of product & services.• Interacting with F&A for Vender payment & MIS Report Preparation.• Handling Engineering Applications Support.• Engineering Application support in Reliance Engineering Group (ESA Department)• Responsible for Application installation, License managing, Up-gradation, Troubleshooting, Vendor & Procurement team communication.
