Data Center management– Responsible for managing and maintaining Data Center IT infrastructure. Network Infrastructure – Devised strategy and successfully upgraded organization network infrastructure from existing Cisco/Meraki to Fortinet. Virtualization – Configured and deployed infrastructure servers such as Active Directory, File server, DHCP, and Backup servers. Enterprise Backup system- Collaborated with OEM consultant and successfully deployed Veeam Enterprise backup application for backing up enterprise data to disk as well as Tape library storage. Cloud support – configure & deploy Azure VMs, configure O365 license and MFA on user accounts. Project Management – Define project scope, strategy, and timelines and delegate responsibilities to the team to ensure successful completion of projects within the timeline and budget. Change Management - Liaise with department heads, QA, and OEM partners to ensure that the new systems or application deployment are executed as per Change Management protocol. IT Audits – Handled internal and external IT audits, drafted responses and address the findings within the agreed timeline. Budget Forecast- Proactively plan & prepare CapEx and OpEx budgets for systems or application upgrades, consultancy costs, head counts, and AMC contracts. Budget Management- Proactively analyze systems, processes, infrastructure, and propose upgrades by defining business cases for projects approval. Project Management: Defined scope, strategy, and project timelines and delegated responsibilities to the team and ensured successful completion of projects within the timeline and budget. Inventory Management- Accountable for proactively forecasting and procuring IT inventory based on monthly end user device replacements and break-fixes reported. Vendor Management- Communicate with OEMs and channel partners and shortlist the vendor(s) meeting organization business needs and within the budget. Change/Release Management- Ensure changes to controlled systems are implemented according to internal IT SOP. Internal Audits- Collaborate with QA to perform risk assessment of GLP systems and application and responsible for addressing findings in the audit.
