This would further enhance companies portfolio .5- Selecting the optimum asset allocation for the clients by choosing the investment plan out of all the comprehensive analysis done. As a result it would provide profits to customers and increase the customer volume for the company. 6- Fundamental and technical analysis of Real estate sector. The fundamental aspect includes analysing the economic, industry and impact of reforms on the real estate sector.

Primary responsibilities include Developing and implementing growth opportunities in existing and new markets, Oversee the sale process to attract new clients, Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks, Research and identify new opportunities, address the client needs effectively, Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors and Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
