* Reviewing and scheduling project like specific plans and procedures to ensure that appropriate elements of the Quality Program.* To Maintain client relationships to assure free communication of information and reasonable, timely resolution of quality issues so that project goals are attained with minimal rework and repair.* Training of personnel to develop technical ability and understanding of project specifications, applicable codes, standards, inspection methods in various disciplines.* Coordination of tracking systems to collect and maintain required quality documentation, including inspection acceptance records, welding/ NDE verification and non-conformance resolution.* Perform quality assurance assessments of material/ equipment suppliers.* Review and monitoring of quality control programs developed by construction subcontractors.* Provided technical assistance/leadership from installation, testing, commissioning to maintenance and repair of various equipment in power generation and heavy industrial plants. * Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal, analytical, organization & communication skills. Established, developed & maintained a close working relationship with other Department, Sections, Contractors and Clients.
