Deals with the daily reconciliation, break investigation, highlighting the issues and also for break resolution• Ensure to report the high value breaks and there by resolving the breaks on time • Ensure all quality scores meets to the client requirements.• Ensure all process changes/updates are effectively communicated to clients & Line manager.• Ensured any issues with the feeds occurred in a timely fashion by liaising with market counter-parties; production of client contract notes; answering all queries from clients and counter-parties• Handle daily onshore/ production call, EOD call and maintaining Production pack, Event Log, Migration pack.• Resolving /Follow-up the queries from clients and IT through Chat channels, mails and Calls.• Responsible for UAT project planning like creating testing scenario, test plans, and check list.• Perform User Acceptance Testing of the Functional Requirements of business processes. Assist in the parallel running of the current system to ensure the new system results are validated against the existing system.
