• Interacting with (Hiring Managers) on a daily basis to understand the pulse and status of individual requirements.• Responsible and Accountable for the team’s target achievements in terms of number of hiring • Handling the Internal & External recruitments• Experience with contract, contract-to-hire and Permanent Staffing recruitments.• Preparing advertisement and Bulk Mailing, online postings using a wide range of media (e.g. websites, and various job portals).• Effective salary negotiations to fit the candidate in the allocated budget. • Maintaining Database of the searched resumes, Keeping track of candidate for future references.• Involved in client interaction & client calls.• Interacting with the SPOC to understand the requirement.
