 As a Senior Process Associate Working for a process called Presale –Generating the quotes for customer requirements. My role is to undertake an in-depth analysis on insurance policies in identifying and gathering the customer requirement.  The entire updates would need to be performed within the set timeliness and with expected standards of accuracy. Delivering the quotes to customers as per the requirements mentioned in a Request of proposal, RFP.  Processing RFP with applications Like KANA, PRISM and PEGA. Involved in Peer Review Auditing the cases.

 Over the period of almost 1+ year was involved in migration to US and involved actively in knowledge sharing sessions held at the onsite training in Kansas City Missouri state of USA. Ensured that the training is been initiated properly to the team members. Identified the scope of improvements & automation in the new activities & implemented the same.
