This project was carried out for Florida-Blue, one of the largest healthcare organizations and I helped automate processes from three different LOB’s namely Retail, Fraud and Treasury. The primary goal of the project was to help propagate automation by identify existing huge time taking, repetitive, manual tasks and provide innovative automated solutions. A centralized management platform managed critical automation activities by optimizing and continuously improving processes. This resulted in enhancing quality through error reduction and cost saving.• Implemented End to End Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath.• Experience in designing the Process Definition Documentation (PDD)• Create and conduct walk through of solution Design Document (SDD) and Process assessment documents.• Use agile/rapid-iteration methodologies to deliver work and involve in AGILE and Scrum meetings.• Involved in Phases of Software Development Life Cycle of design and development. • Worked on defining the Architecture and the Roadmap for RPA• Implemented various logics in the Bot using IF, while, Do While and For Each loop.• Worked on Automating Web Portal, Excel, PDF, TXT and Email Automations.• Automate Desktop Application, WEB Application, MAINFRAME and CITRIX by using Web, Basic, Desktop and Citric Recorders.• Use EMAIL AUTOMATION with different activities like SMTP, EXCHANGE, OUTLOOK to send and receive the email notifications, business, or application exception.• Developed REFramework in UiPath for exception handling and used to define states in project.

Primary goal of the project was to Automate the entire Accounting software which deals with Invoices Processing. This software supports Customized Financial Reporting, Invoicing and Payroll, Single Screen Simplicity for Accounting, Integrated Software for Simplified Payroll Processes. Automated this software so that the deployed BOT’s will take care about data entry and reporting works. And automated invoices pdf data to be saved. We have deployed around 15 bots, running 13 processes.• Computed on Web Applications, Desktop Applications and Windows Applications by using basic, desktop, web recorders and screen scraping & data scraping.• Experienced in building UI Path Processes and Business Objects for various business systems.• Performed one of the Screen Scraping methods i.e. Optical character recognition (OCR) to process PDF invoices and JPEG images. • Built some solutions by utilizing UiPath tool and further maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project. • Performed the practical usage of various UiPath Orchestrator functionalities like Bots, Processes, Assets, Jobs, Schedulers, Logging, Recovery Methods and Application Credentials.
