Roles And Responsibilities :• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle. • Sourcing & and pre-screening to identify the right talent as per the client's need. • Coordinating interview schedules for shortlisted candidates .• Technical screening as per client JD and offer follow-ups including salary negotiations, and document collection.

• Hands on experience in handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing the qualified consultant.• Extensively experienced in working with C2C, W2. • Strong leadership, negotiation, problem solving and team building skills as well as well as confident recruiting techniques. • Responsible for ensuring quality of delivery by screening and short listing resumes before sending to my manager or client.• Strong experience in Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, and Tech Fetch, jobsites, user groups (i.e. Google, WhatsApp etc.)

• Expertise in collaborating with IT staffing companies to understand hiring needs, Strategic objectives, Source, recruit and pre-screen the candidates for a variety of skill sets, determine job offer details, negotiate, prepare and extend new hire offers. • Strong experience as an IT Recruiter to recruit IT talent, through job boards and vendor partnerships in a consulting company • Hands on experience working on different job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Ceipal, Tech fetch and tracking candidates in the application tracking system. • Recruiting experience with a successful background sourcing candidates from a wide range of technical disciplines. • Extensively experienced in working with C2C, W2. • Strong leadership, negotiation, problem solving and team building skills as well as well as confident recruiting techniques. • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Office, MS excel, MS Power point) Dice, Monster, Ceipal and other search engines. • Excellent written, verbal analytical and problem-solving skills. • Team player with excellent interpersonal abilities, multi task abilities and excellent communication skills. • Good interpersonal and communication skills/Excellent management and proven leadership skills
