• Construction of Telstra FIDO (Small cell) sites across Melbourne, including green filed sites.• Recover existing GSM and add L700 to the existing WCDMA850 technologies.• Make sure all builds meet Telstra quality guidelines• Liaise with logistics on the delivery of BOM’s, ascertain that the BOM’s are complete and identify if any shortfalls exist so that they may be attended too promptly.• Utilise all available documentation from site audits to examine and design the best possible solution on a site by site basis in preparation for the proposed installation of the Ericsson 4G Kit and impending removal of GSM Equipment.• Ensure Cyient and Telstra Quality Standards are complied with and adhered to by conducting regular OHS and Quality Audits.• Report to the Deployment Manager daily and provide milestone updates in TCSS and escalate anomalies.• Manage the efficient utilisation of all associated resources including internal staff, sub-contractors, tools and equipment.• Provide sound support to subcontractors and installation teams.• Resolve technical difficulties highlighted by installation or swap teams and ensure they are attended to by tiger teams in a timely manner.• Identify and track site variation issues, collate and manage all variation documentation required to support a variation claim with the customer.• Verify Site Acceptance Documentation supplied by sub-contractors is provided in a timely manner and to a high standard as detailed in the quality guidelines.

eJV Deployment, JV Deployment, LTE 4G,3G, 2G To manage / carry out BTS Deployment work associated with the rollout and enhancement of the OPTUS Mobile Digital network throughout Vic, Tas, such that works are completed within project schedules and business guidelines. Prepare site design documentation for new sites, which includes specification of equipment and site parameters. Manage the introduction of new sites into the operational network, from design stage to 'Ready for Integration' stage. Monitor and manage capacity growth of the network, managing installation work as required. Complete special projects as required, including new technology evaluation, unique cellular projects, practices and procedures. Keep the Group Leader/Senior Project Managers informed on all design and deployment issues within relevant responsibility. Effectively liaise with and give direction to external contractors in regard to the deployment of equipment and on occasions in regard to site design, construction and acquisition issues. Effectively liaise with other groups, especially Mobile Engineering, Network Provisioning, Logistics and Operations. Responsible for planning and executing numerous telecommunication and construction projects with managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ensure that all work practices are implemented in the field and work is of high quality standard as required by Company and ensuring that the work is performed in the most efficient and cost effective manner . Liaise with different groups of Optus to appropriately manage the network and plant. Resolve conflicts within group. Counsel staff and Sub contractor on poor performance example work practices/output, defects, attendance, punctuality, failure to report, customer complaints etc. Arrange reports to management on the status of work and recommend/carry out corrective action as required, escalating issues where necessary.
