Hello, I’m Sai.I grew up in an environment of vehicles, numbers, strategies, and calculations. Curiosity has been one of my most defining traits. During my undergrad, I encountered Statistical Quality Control, an elective that opened my nascent mind to a new world of data-driven decision-making. I understood that a career in data-driven decision-making would fuel my thirst to work with numbers, strategy, and decisions.After my stint as a Supply Chain Analyst for an automotive manufacturer, I pivoted my career to the ever-changing and exciting world of insurance, working for USAA as a Software Engineer. To hone my data-driven decision-making skills, I pursued a formal education in the field of analytics and decided to pursue my Master’s degree in Business Analytics. Currently, I'm working as a Product Analyst for Bankers Insurance Group, managing P&L, actuarial indications, pricing, segmentation, data analytics, and new product development for Builders Risk and Commercial Insurance products.I enjoy the business of insurance and the process of acquiring, exploring, and analyzing raw data, and applying machine learning models to gain insights from the prepared data to drive the business.
