In my capacity as a System Administrator, I am tasked with orchestrating and maintaining the infrastructure for capture-the-flag (CTF) events, utilizing prominent cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and DigitalOcean. My responsibilities entail meticulously configuring these platforms to cater to the unique requirements of cybersecurity competitions, guaranteeing both stability and efficiency in their operation.Furthermore, I am engaged in the development of vulnerable web applications for these events. These applications are deliberately designed with security flaws, mirroring real-world cybersecurity challenges. This aspect of my role demands a profound comprehension of web security vulnerabilities and their exploitation, thereby offering participants an immersive experience in identifying and addressing security threats.Additionally, I provide comprehensive technical support during these events. This involves adeptly troubleshooting any issues that arise with the infrastructure or applications, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted progression of the competitions. My role is instrumental in the successful execution of these educational CTF events, significantly aiding in the cultivation and advancement of emerging talent in the field of cybersecurity.
