I have an overall industry experience of about 3.5+years in Banking and also as a office admin. As a banker my roles and responsibilities were revenue generation for bank via new account sourcing and also marketing of the insurance products. with respect to Backend operations I have knowledge on end to end KYC and also cash management services. I have knowledge on Aadhaar enrollment services. In my previous company I handle framing of H. R policies including employee onboarding, framing of leave policy and handling vendor management, office supplies.In the Current company I handle all the KYC process where we receive the documents from the Banker and then analyse the case and then Process the case by following the necessary steps prescribed in the Process.
