• Involved in Complete End to End Recruitment Life Cycle.•Handled a Team of recruiters & trained them on Complete Recruitment Life Cycle.•Working directly with the vendor clients to create hiring profiles and to create filters that allow only the most qualified candidates through for consideration.•Worked extensively on different types of positions such as Permanent, Contract and Contract-To-Hire.•Building a good reputation with the Offer Candidates even after the DOJ•Hands on experience in Client handling, & Team management Understanding the client's requirements and fulfilling their requirements by finding the right candidates with the required skills according to the client needs.•Coordinating the interviews at client’s location .i.e., walk-in Interviews.•Uploading the profiles in Hire Craft on daily basis and maintaining Data Base and other required MIS reports. •Job posting in portals & Mass mailing when required.
